The Fitness & Wellness Center at Naples Heritage is more than a gym — it is a thoughtfully appointed retreat where members of every age and ability come to move, stretch, recover, and renew. Bright, airy, and impeccably maintained, the center reflects the same standard of excellence found throughout the club.

From morning yoga overlooking the lake to spirited spin classes, from one-on-one personal training to peaceful Pilates, every program is curated to keep our community strong and ready for whatever the day on the course or court may bring.

Each area of the center is purpose-built and outfitted with premium equipment — the same caliber found in the world's finest wellness destinations.

Cardio Theater

Premium cardio equipment — treadmills, ellipticals, and recumbent bikes — arranged before windows overlooking the preserve.

Strength Studio

A complete circuit of selectorized machines paired with a comprehensive free-weight area, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and Olympic platforms.

Yoga & Pilates Studio

Indoor Cycling

Body Sculpt

A basic strength training class, sure to give you a full body workout, using weights and bands.

Cardio Dance

This class is just FUN! Bring out the dancer in you. Breaking down basic steps that turn into easy-to-follow dance routines.

Circuit

A high-energy class featuring a variety of equipment, including slam balls, TRX, and battle ropes, to create a dynamic and challenging full-body workout.

Cycle

An indoor ride on a spin bike. This is your ride and you can go at your own pace. All levels are welcome.

Cycle & Strength Fusion

Get the best of both worlds. This energizing class alternates between 7–10 minutes of cycling and strength training off the bike for a balanced, full-body workout.

Forever Fit

This senior-friendly class is open to both men and women. Enjoy a low-impact workout using light weights, resistance bands, small balls, and tubes to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

Gentle Yoga

A well-rounded practice that includes stretching, strengthening, and balancing. All levels are welcome including beginners.

Golf Fitness

Improve your game with golf-specific exercises led by a certified TPI instructor. This class focuses on mobility, strength, and balance tailored for golfers of all levels.

H2O Fit / Aqua Fit

A party in the pool, alternating cardio and noodle routine intervals — a great all-around workout while staying low impact on your body.

Ladies Strength & Tone

This class uses free weights, gliders, and bands, with some cardio intervals. All levels are welcome — note that this is a higher intensity class.

Mat Pilates

Floor-based workout that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility and balance. Involves controlled breathing and precise movements, suitable for all fitness levels.

Men's Power Hour

A higher-intensity strength session for men, using free weights, gliders, and bands with cardio intervals. All levels are welcome.

Mixed Levels Yoga

Designed for men and women already possessing an understanding of basic Hatha Yoga.

Seniors Strength & Stability

A chair-based class designed specifically for seniors, focusing on improving balance, stability, and overall strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Stretch

A 30-minute class of basic stretches on the mat.

Step

A lively step aerobics class with a fun, dance-inspired twist. Get your heart pumping while moving to the rhythm and enjoying a playful workout.

Tabata

A fast-paced, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that uses timed bursts of effort followed by short recovery periods to maximize results and boost endurance.
